Leadership Team

Having managed the Care Management and Disease Management division of UnitedHealth Group, (with responsibility for 55 million lives it is the largest operation of its type in the US), HealthPoints’ executive team has the experience to effectively and efficiently run large population health programs. Through work at UnitedHealth as well as other related job experiences, staff are leaders in healthcare operations, call center operations, technology integration and management, disease management, public health management, management consulting and clinical diabetes management.

 

J. Mark Lambright, President & Chief Executive Officer

MarkLMr. Lambright is the founder of HealthPoints, Inc. 

Mr. Lambright was previously the CIO and Executive Team Member of the nation’s largest Care Management organization at UnitedHealth Group.  In his role as CIO, Mr. Lambright provided the leadership and strategic vision to the technology organization that supported the care management of UHG’s 55 million lives.  Prior to joining UHG, Mr. Lambright had been the CEO of a number of successful technology companies including Lucid Corporation; winner of the PC Magazine’s Award for Technical Excellence and one of the fastest growing technology companies in the Dallas/Fort Worth area in the 1990’s.

Mark’s experience also includes expert consulting to the American Heart Association, investment banking, investment management and management consulting.  He earned a BS in Engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy and an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

 

Don Springer, Chief Operating Officer

DonSMr. Springer is a seasoned executive with experience in domestic and international management, growth strategy, and new business development.  He has demonstrated success in all facets of company management, including new business ventures, global operations, sales and marketing, product development, information technology, human resource development, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, finance, and quality management.

Prior to HealthPoints, Mr. Springer worked with the University of Michigan’s Medical Center to commercialize their Organ Transplant Information System (OTIS). During that time he was CEO of The Colton Group, an executive advisory firm providing actionable growth strategies for CEO’s and their board of directors.  Before that he was CEO of Fullscope, a venture backed SaaS company providing on-line business applications.  Mr. Springer was also President of Geometric Results, Inc, a global technology-based service company that was a Ford subsidiary.  Additionally, Mr. Springer has been CEO of multiple venture backed start-ups after an early career with Texas Instruments in defense electronics and consumer products.

Mr. Springer has in depth experience in both emerging and mature multi-national technology based service companies in a variety of industries including healthcare, technology products and services, telecommunications, manufacturing, field service, consumer products, and defense.

Mr. Springer is a graduate of University of North Texas.
